Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or used, as fragrance is a personal care product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt along with photos or a short unboxing video. We will replace it or refund you at no additional cost.
